Audiovisual training for public service providers in the field of intercultural competence
The objective of this course is to increase awareness among public servants on the concepts of migration and on the dynamics of integration as well as improve their intercultural competences in order to increase the quality of public services offered to Third Country Nationals (TCNs) in Malta.
The course consists of 4 modules:
Module 1 – Migration in the EU and Malta I
Module 2 – Migration in the EU and Malta II
Module 3 – Intercultural Communication Tools in Public Sectors
Module 4 – Strengths and Weaknesses in Dealing with Different Cultures
The development of the training is part of the project ‘Mainstreaming a common model of intercultural competence for integration process of TCNs’, co-funded by the European Fund for the Integration of Third Country Nationals.
The project is co-financed by the European Integration Fund for Third Country Nationals (IF), the Ministry for Social Dialogue, Civil Liberties and Consumer Affairs and IOM.
