INTEGRA Foundation has the mandate to facilitate the psychosocial integration of minority groups into mainstream society in Malta, with a special focus on refugees and asylum seekers. Through the participation in the Research Committee of at least one representative (with an alternate) it ensured that the study and its tools fully incorporate the knowledge of psychosocial aspects of integration. The organization also participated in the identification of the main stakeholders to be interviewed and supported IOM in the promotion and animation of the online forum.

UNHCR through the participation in the Research Committee with one person (and an alternate) guaranteed that all references, including legal background, to people staying in Malta on humanitarian grounds are sound; it additionally brought the experience and knowledge emerged from its previous research activities. UNHCR also participated in the identification of the main stakeholders to be interviewed and supported IOM in the promotion and animation of the online forum.

The Filipino Overseas Contract Workers with the participation of one representative (and one alternate) brought to the project’s activities the perspective of the third country nationals.
